There are any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
Damaged items will be replaced to you at no cost. You must contact our office, in order to return any damaged product and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please note that any package arriving without RMA # will be refused and returned to you.
